Quality management with the latest methodology.

The quality check is a good example of how we not only want to meet your needs, but also measure ourselves against the highest (quality) standards.

Right from the planning stage, the project's advance quality planning is already in place. From the most modern measurement methods throughout the entire production process to the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis FMEA, we pay attention to every detail. The focus is on all neuralgic points, the planned measuring steps and relevant tests. In the sample process, we check whether the mold also optimally produces the planned plastic part.

LIVING QUALITY AT RING-PLASTIK.

In series production, the customer-specific requirements are then monitored and ensured by quality assurance with the aid of suitable measuring and testing instruments.

Based on defined test instructions, our qualified employees check the condition of the products and to ensure that our team can continue to provide consistently high test quality in the future, these instructions also form the basis for the training and regular education of our personnel.

Thus, we are constantly working to improve our quality and, of course, regularly check our quality management. The results are impressive!
